Hello! How is your prom everyone?

Anyways, i am here to share with you my experience BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER the Juniors - Seniors Promenade '08 or the so - called JSP/prom.

Five more days and here comes JSP '08. And inspite of this fact, I just can't figure out why my Lola is not yet moving. Shocks! I don't still have anything to wear! But since I don't want to be left behind, I tried my Best to remind her about that fast approaching event, but unluckily it always end up to an "attempt" --- as usual my lips will not cooperate! And in that sense, I will just go to my Tita and tell her about my worries. But then, even her won't help! She will just give awful and disgusting comments in a nice way (huh? how is that?) about my taste, and so we'll go home with nothing!

On the other hand, the day before the prom, I was really shocked when unexpectedly she asked me whether I am still going to the ball or not. My Goodness! The truth is she has forgotten what I have told her before, that is why she didn't care at first! As a result, I sacrificed my afternoon classes just to look for a footwear, and of course, DRESS...

On the day of the ball, a lot of things changed! If before, the person I wanted to share a song with asked me for a dance, this time, he did not. :( And I was really hurt! I almost cried for that matter, don't you know that?

But still, it was fun...I have enjoyed the rest of the night! Only, it might have been "hipper" if "_____________" danced with me...:(

And because of that, when the prom had ended officially, I immediately went home, rest for about 15 minutes, took a bath, atemy dinner, and then sleep......

So, that was the night!

COMMENCEMENT EXERCISES IS ALREADY FAST APPROACHING...AND I HATE IT!

ANYWAYS, BEFORE LEAVING THIS SCHOOL I WANT TO EXTEND MY IMMEASURABLE THANKS TO MY DEVOTED TEACHERS FOR THEIR HARDSHIPS AND FOR SHARING US EVERYTHING THEY KNOW...(TRUE OR NOT!...HEHE) I FULLY APPRECIATE IT!

ON THE OTHER HAND, I HAVE JUST LEARNED HOW TO MANIPULATE OR USE THIS "WINDOWS MOVIE MAKER". AND BELIEVE ME, IT WAS SO EXCITING! AT FIRST GLANCE OR BY JUST LOOKING AT IT, IT SEEMS LIKE IT IS AS EASY AS THROWING A ROTTEN TOMATO ON THE STAGE BUT IF YOU'LL START WORKING AT IT... GOD! IT'S SO THICK!

IN ADDITION TO THAT, ONE THING THAT IS REALLY HARD IS THAT TO SET THE DURATION OF THE TITLES, TRANSITIONS, AND IMAGES! BUT I CAN'T DO OTHERWISE! I HAVE TO CONCENTRATE AND FINISH IT , OR ELSE...

MOVING ON, I WILL CONTINUE EXPLORING SOME OF THE OTHER CONSTITUENTS OF "WINDOWS MOVIE MAKER!"

In this lesson i've learned the value of being careful or even more careful. Why careful? In the sense that i have to give the longest latitude of consideration in order to type correctly those goofy htm tags..for a letter omitted is worth a pound of sacrifices!!!(grrr!)

Actually, the "typing stuff" is not the main problem here, the problem lies on our group: my" groupmate" and I. (If I can just cover my face everytime I see Mrs. Vera Cruz!!)Darn it! And you know what, I can still remember what she said before, "How many days you've been working on that?!" shame! shame!='<

This time we started our long way (to nowhere) with.......(jaran!!!!!) TAGS!!! (haha...funny!) I think i eed not to elaborate those things, right?....And oh! I almost forgot, Our teacher also taught us how to use the notepad....


So far, i can't find any problem when we speak of the lessons or activities (written or not)! However I am worried with my pen's ink, since we have to make our written activities after every "exer1,2,3,4,5,6,7 (so and so).htm" and it's not fun typing these things oh "<" , "/" , ">" ..... Also, i can't get along with "Ms. Zohal"(just find ways on how you will read it!)...She don't want me to use their workstation "kase ei" (sorry mam.... naubusan aq ng english....hope you'll understand=)Hmpt! Where am I!? Going back, I chose to work at their computer station for first, i've been used to work there and second, i love working with her groupmates!


(Hmpt!)Dn't want you to ruin my life kid! "HAVE NO TIME FOR YOU! STEP OUT!!"


Moving on, I will never ever let that "pandaca pigmeia" destroy my notorious but wacky "boohay!"...."KSPs keep on seeking for someone who could appreciate them..." That's all.....Darn it!

1. What are the new learnings/discoveries that i've learned?
…The BLOG of course! (Let’s make it the usual way) First what blog is, its type, what’s in it, why was it made, it’s use and function, we also listed some blog devices where we can make “one” for free, its main characteristic as a publishing tool and most importantly knowing the advantages of this blog to students (like me!!). Actually some of these things were just copied on our notebook (without any lecture) since our teacher was out for a week or two (maybe) due to some circumstances. Though some of the things copied were self-explanatory and because we’re likely “ANGELS” we understand our teacher, so far.

...And when Mrs. Vera Cruz was on the scene again, we did the application of the lesson. She introduced to us this “blogger.com” where she patiently explained to us step-by-step, little by little from one student to another how to make a blog specifically, a class blog. “YOU ROCK MRS. VERA CRUZ!” (sipsip ito!)

2. What are the problems/challenges that I've encountered?
…Let me think…problems…problems…problems…problems… [I have a lot of problems (joke!!)]…Uhm, the toughest problem that I’ve encountered would be when I forgot my e-mail add (well it’s not totally forgot but it’s just a matter of not placing “@ yahoo.com” after the username) that’s why it took me so long to finish my blog. I typed different e- mail adds, which is actually “usernames” again and again but….... (I’ll give you the floor to continue this one… I know, you know what happened next).

3. How did i address these challenges?
…Spread it out! I shared it to my teacher at the top of my voice so that everybody could hear, (ouch!) and take note: After some time a Good Samaritan approached me and said, “I think Mariane it has an underscore.” (So the shouting thing was effective!) I sincerely followed her, but then when I was about to click the “GO!” again she said, “Mariane put ‘@yahoo.com’ after every username.” And that’s it! The problem lies on the “@yahoo.com!” I never thought that that’s the way it looks. Because what I really had in mind was to type the username, only… Shame on my part! I didn’t even dare to use my common sense! GOD, Mariane!… Wake up!!!

4. …Moving on I will always remember my e-mail add so with my password and I’ll really make it sure that I’ve included them on my “MUST HAVE’S-”. I promise not to forget them again for I will not graduate without these things. They are my key to success! (BRAVA!) THE WHOLE BLOG THING IS NOTHING! (joke!! just checking of you’re still with me^^,)

1. What are the new learnings/discoveries that i've learned?
.......I learned something new about the history of internet.., what forced them to make it, who proposed it, when did they use it first, and able to trace the use or it's status from the late 50's up to the present. Our teacher taught us also how to use it properly. How to come up with good researches like using the "search term" and the use of those synonyms, antonyms, etc., etc.. With these lessons my knowledge on searching became broader. And I'm thankful for if we didn't dicuss about this, I'll just waste my money searching things that are not really difficult (gettzz?). In short, "EASY!"

2. What are the problems/challenges that I've encountered?
.......If I'm not mistaken, the only problem that I've encountered was searching the answer of that ten-item questions. I hate remembering those terrible hours thingking of what appropriate search term to use, copying a very long URL, choosing which has the best result, reading (if that's really the answer), looking for the copyright and, when the internet connection is not cooperating my love.. Of couse! How will you gonna find the answer if the connection is not available my love.....

3. How did i address these challenges?
.......For every action, there's a corresponding equal and opposite reaction! All we need in here my love is patience. Just be patient to read and seach...That's all my love!

4. Moving on I will try my best to extend my patience.... I swear!
